The first is the kidney. The favorite activity of the kidney is to stand on tiptoe.
The second is the liver, which likes stretching.
The third spleen, spleen-like gentle belly movements.
The fourth is the heart, which likes to pat the elbow fossa.
The fifth is the lung, which likes deep breathing.
No matter whether you are working or taking a walk, you can easily do the small movements described above. Do each movement for one minute every day and stick to it for five minutes every day. Be sure to stick to it. After a long time, you will find that your overall physical quality will have some qualitative changes.
